THE DECISION OF WHAT TO MOUNT FOR THE 2003 World Taxidermy Championships® was a long, drawn out process. It had to be unique. It had to be artistic as well as structurally sound. Most of all, since I was entering the Master's Division, it had to be completely made by myself. In the Master's Division, the only items that can be commercially available are forms, glass eyes and earliners. Any other artificial parts must be made by the individual entering the piece.
