MY FIRST EVER NATIONAL Wild Turkey Federation Convention was a great experience. I had been invited on several occasions to judge the mammal taxidermy categories at the show, but I was never able to accept because of scheduling conflicts. Two years ago, I agreed to judge the 2003 show, scheduled for Opryland Hotel and Convention Center in Nashville, TN. When asked at the end of the show to come back in 2004, my answer was quickly, "Yes!"

The next NWTF Competition will be in Columbus, Ohio, February 19-22, 2004.
