WITH ITS GOLDEN-ORBED MENACING GLARE, innate majesty and nocturnal mystique, a great horned owl is an excellent showpiece and a much sought after exhibit by nature centers and museums everywhere.

In large part, the appeal of this stunning bird lies in its distinctiveness. That quality, however, presents a challenge as unique as the bird itself: how to produce a natural looking mount of a bird that is different from any other you have encountered.
