April and early May just might be the perfect time to visit one of the world’s most beautiful and diverse countries, Italy. This just also happens to be the dates for the European Taxidermy Federation (ETF) Championships. Our good friends Joe and Peg Meder met Kathy and me in Rome. Joe was a judge and seminar instructor for the championships. From the grand history and beauty that Rome offered, to the beautiful scenery of the Italian coast and the Chianti wine country in-between, we traveled to Longarone to see firsthand the work of the top taxidermists in Europe.
