IF YOU HAVE STUDIED WHITETAIL DEER TAXIDERMY for any amount of time you will have read about the eyes being the mirror of the soul. We also know how the position of the ears impacts the entire expression. Many features of a whitetail deer are arguably the most important, but the part sticking the farthest away from the wall is the nose. That means that the nose is out there for the closest observation and is the easiest thing for a viewer to see. Okay, we all know that the antlers are the only thing customers really notice, but let’s just pretend that some intelligent person actually moves on to the rest of the mount. If the nose is a disaster, it is a pretty good indication that the rest of the mount is going to be bad too.
