THIS SECOND PART OF THE SERIES BY CALLY MORIS will cover his complete procedure for mounting a standing or walking turkey. The process is exactly like that used in his studio. The turkey will be mounted on one of Cally's commercial mannikins with a flexible neck.

Cally has a very talented staff with all members assisting in the mounting procedures. Each member specializes in one area which develops speed and efficiency. Cally has taught each of the staff members his process and they put each turkey together the same way, regardless of the pose. Cally completes the final tasks of positioning and grooming.

As I filmed these articles, Cally told me he will hold back no secrets and will show every successful technique and procedure he has learned and developed for mounting America's largest gamebird. Many of the processes I observed are..
